To end this, Metroc Wall Panel provides excellent protection from fire and out performs all other building material's results achieved in standard fire tests contained in various parts of British Standard- 476. Metroc Calcium Silicate Boards have Class-1 Surface Spread of Flame with Ignitability as P- not easily ignitible, hence can provide good fire resistance in the range of 30 minutes to 240 minutes.
Metroc Wall Panel covers a range of extremely lightweight insulating boards with excellent insulating value, high mechanical strength and good heat resistance.
Wall Panel is made from high-grade siliceous and calcareous materials with lime refractory as major with the mixture of natural fiber reinforced, with the process of pulping, emulsion, forming pressurisation, autoclaving, drying and surface treatment. Metroc Wall Panel is easy to cut, simple to install: Can be easily cut and shaped using ordinary cutting tools. Easy to install, raise construction efficiency; saves costs.
